Professional Experience
Tony qualified as a Solicitor in 2002. He is a Higher Courts Advocate who has worked on many notable cases over the years including acting as Junior Counsel at the Old Bailey in the 53million Securitas robbery trial. Tony represented one of the two defendants who were acquitted of the charges.
As well as the wealth of knowledge and experience that Tony can offer, he is dedicated as director of the firm, to ensuring clients feel they are receiving a professional and personal service.
Steve Tarleton

Professional Experience
Steve Tarleton qualified as a Solicitor in 1988. He has extensive experience as a Criminal Advocate in the Magistrates Courts. He is a well-known and well respected Criminal Solicitor, regularly advising clients in Courts and Police stations across the South-East and further afield.
Steve can provide advice, assistance and representation in respect of the whole spectrum of ranging from Motoring offences to the most serious of allegations. Steve is a member of the Law Society and Criminal Law Solicitors Association together with being a Duty Solicitor.
Donna Wilde

Donna Wilde qualified as a Solicitor in 2020. Donna can provide advice, assistance and representation in respect of the whole spectrum of ranging from minor offences to the most serious of allegations.
Donna is a member of the Law Society together with being a Duty Solicitor.
Lauren Jenner
Trainee Solicitor, Paralegal & Accredited Police Station Representative
Professional Experience
Lauren gained her Police Station Accreditation in 2021 and was accredited as an Associate Paralegal in 2022. Lauren provides legal advice and assistance to suspects in custody and assists in the preparation of Magistrates and Crown Court cases.
After 3 years at Tony Harden Solicitors, in 2023 Lauren began her training to become a qualified Solicitor.
Jazmin Dowling
Legal Secretary
Professional Experience
Jazmin gained her 2:1 Law Degree from Canterbury Christchurch University in 2022 and joined Tony Harden Solicitors the same year as a Legal Secretary.
Jazmin assists in providing our Solicitors with direct assistance, alongside managing clients, organising and maintaining all legal documents.
